At Sirah, every piece is crafted with care. We maintain a strict quality check to ensure you receive the best.


Returns & Exchanges

We only accept returns or exchanges if:

* The item received is damaged or defective
* You received the wrong item


Conditions

* Request must be made within 48 hours of delivery
* Item must be unused, with original tags and packaging
* Proof (image/video) may be required for verification


Non-Returnable

We do not accept returns for:

* Change of mind
* Size issues
* Minor color variations (due to lighting/screens)
